Whole House Remodel - Gervais
This project was a remodel to the studs.
Completed in 2025, this project was a true ground-up rebuild disguised as a remodel. Although the home was still standing, it had sustained extensive fire damage throughout, making a full reconstruction from the studs up necessary. The scope required more than cosmetic updates—it demanded a complete reimagining of the home’s structure, systems, and livability.
Trapala Construction managed the project from start to finish, beginning with property acquisition and moving seamlessly through demolition and site clean-up. Detailed designs and plans were developed early, permits were secured, and every phase of construction was carefully coordinated to ensure efficiency, safety, and long-term performance.
The rebuild included an entirely new structural framework along with all major systems: electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. A new roof, siding, and exterior deck were installed to restore both protection and curb appeal, while the interior was thoughtfully rebuilt with functionality, flow, and durability in mind.
From interior design selections to final installation, every detail was handled in-house to ensure consistency and quality at every stage. The result is a fully rebuilt home that bears no resemblance to its former condition—transformed into a safe, modern, and cohesive space that reflects Trapala Construction’s ability to take on complex, high-responsibility projects and deliver them with precision.
