Whole House Remodel - Woodburn
This from-the-studs remodel was completed in 2024.
This Woodburn property required a full-scale transformation from day one. Both the main house and the ADU were in severe disrepair, with visible burn evidence and extensive damage throughout. Before any construction could begin, the site needed a thorough clean-up to stabilize the property and prepare it for the work ahead.
Detailed plans and a clear vision were established from the very beginning. With designs finalized and permits secured upfront, demolition was carried out strategically and efficiently—removing unsafe, damaged, and outdated elements while protecting the integrity of what could be rebuilt. This intentional sequencing set the tone for a smooth, well-coordinated project.
Once demolition was complete, construction moved forward with precision and purpose. Structural repairs, rebuilding efforts, and system upgrades were handled with care, addressing both the visible damage and the underlying issues that come with long-term neglect and fire exposure. Every phase focused on restoring safety, functionality, and long-term durability for both living spaces.
The project concluded with refined finishing touches that brought the entire transformation together. What began as a distressed, damaged property was fully reimagined into a clean, functional, and revitalized home and ADU—demonstrating how thoughtful planning, experienced execution, and attention to detail can bring even the most challenging projects back to life.
